    I'm not able to retrieve the order ID and it looks like there's no way to communicate with you without it. You should provide a way to store this important info into an account on your website. I had to change my Mac for obvious obsolescence reasons and now your license is no longer active but I cannot even get in touch with you as I don't have my order number... this is ridiculous!

    When downloading full playlists from Spotify the converter only converts 50 songs at max for different playlists. How can I fix this?
