How to fix the "XPC Helper" problem?

If you encountered this problem, please try the following steps:

#1 Download and Unzip the Driver Update.zip file: Driver Update Version

#2 Run the Applications-Utilities-Terminal.app and enter: sudo sh then press the Spacebar and drag the install.sh files from the Driver folder to the terminal app and press enter.

Example: sudo sh /Users/downloads/driver/install.sh

#3 Enter the Password of your Macbook and then press the Enter.

#4 If you can catch sight of the green text, then go to convert the Apple Music with TuneFab Apple Music Converter. If not, please send the whole text as the TXT files to us.

This solution has not worked for me. I keep getting the error "Error connecting to XPCHelper". I use TuneFab version 7.06 and Music v1.1.3.3 on MacOS Big Sur. (until 2 days ago it worked perfectly)
