Solution 1. Update TuneFab Program to The Latest Version
Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of TuneFab Apple Music Converter or TuneFab Spotify Music Converter on your Mac.
If you are using the latest version of TuneFab program but the issue remains, please check the following solutions.
Solution 2. Check The Sound Settings on Mac
First, please check your sound settings on Mac. Go to System Preferences > Sound > Output, then select Internal Speakers. You will be able to get the sound back.
However, if you cannot take control over your audio preferences, please try the following steps:
Step 1. Launch "Applications" > "Utilities" > "Activity Monitor" and select "Memory". Select "coreaudiod" and click on the "X" icon on the upper-left corner. After that, choose "Quit".
Step 2. After you click on "Quit”, open "System Preferences" and select "Sound" > Output", then select the first option in the output settings. (For example, "Headphones")
